The Team from Essmueller has been working hard on the trade show circuit in recent weeks. It is always a pleasure to connect with our customers new and old, to share experiences and discuss new equipment developments.
In Kansas City, at the GEAPS Expo, our staff featured two unique products never on display by Essmueller. The first is our unique shuttle loading conveyor to economize and simplify truck or railcar loading. Essmueller’s design features a choice of either our FB-Flat Bottom Chain Conveyor, or our RB-Round Bottom Self-Cleaning Chain Conveyor, supported by an I-Beam rail system. This unique design allows a central inlet to feed the conveyor from a hopper or scale, while the conveyor itself can travel bi-directionally over the open top of a truck trailer or rail car. This minimizes the need for the truck or railcar to be repositioned during the filling process.
Our second new product at GEAPS Expo is the new Abel Modular Slide Gate. This newly engineered design allows your maintenance team to service the key components of your Abel Slide Gate without having to remove the entire gate. The multipiece design allows the gate opening to remain in place under the product flow while releasing the actuator, rollers, and other maintenance components to be serviced. Only Essmueller has this innovative design.
During the week of March 8, Essmueller travelled to Bangkok, Thailand, to meet with customers and prospects at VICTAM Asia, a feed and milling-focused trade event. Attendees from all over Southeast Asia make the journey to see the latest in feed equipment and nutrition. Essmueller has been selling equipment into this market for decades and many of our customers visited to say hello.
