FB Flat Bottom En-Masse

Designed to carry the maximum volume of material within a minimum size trough with true En-Masse conveying. Gentle material handling in a totally enclosed and dust tight unit, provides less product degradation at discharge. Flat Bottom conveyors are most effective in horizontal and low incline applications, where the rise is less than 14°. These Flat Bottom conveyors offer several inlet, gate, discharge, chain and flight options to match specific material handling requirements.

HHF High Flight Flat Bottom

Essmueller’s HHF High Flight conveyor is designed with special UHMW flights and divider pans to convey large quantities at inclines of up to 45°. Our innovative flight design prevents material from cascading back. The self-metering inlet only admits as much material as the carrying section of the trough holds. Larger capacities can be achieved using our Heavy High Flight ‘HHF’ Conveyor.

HFB Heavy Flat Bottom

The Essmueller HFB is the industry leader in Heavy Duty Flat Bottom conveyors. Our HFB carries the maximum volume for true En-Masse conveying. HFB conveyors are most effective in horizontal and low incline applications, where the rise is less than 14°.

RB Round Bottom Drag Flight

Essmueller Round Bottom Conveyors operate horizontally or at inclines up to 60° in some applications. Customizable with one or two bend sections.
Sizes: 6” – 24”, (nominal trough width) achieve capacities up to 20,650 bushels (25,812 cubic feet) per hour. High Efficiency clean out due to close tolerances in our contoured tail combined with the fit of our flights.

HR High Flight Round Bottom

Our High Flight Round Bottom Conveyor is designed to elevate large volumes at inclines up to 45°, with some material up to 60°, while preventing the material from cascading back. Our standard ‘HR’ self-metering inlet only admits as much material as the carrying section of the trough will hold. Capacities up to 7,875 BPH (9,843 CFM).

L Path & Serpentine Elevating

L Path Conveyors are engineered to convey and elevate fine, free-flowing material. The special divider pan prevents material flow back in the angled sections. Our durable construction and low maintenance design provide years of reliable service. The inverted “V” shaped flight can convey material from a 45° to 90° angle and discharge anywhere in between. L Path Conveyors are also ideal in Industrial applications for extremely abrasive, corrosive and high-temperature material. This conveyor is capable of elevating more than 50,000 CFH and can be customized to meet your specific needs.
